Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, pepperoni, etc.)

  • Frying pan (preferably non-stick)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Rolling pin
  • Oven mitts
  • Plate or cutting board
  • Knife or pizza cutter

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Gradually add warm water to the mixture while stirring with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  3. Once the dough starts to come together, add olive oil and continue mixing until a soft dough forms.
